I am using HP Officejet 4635 with my home wireless network connected.
when I sent print, even printer completed printing already, the printing job already printed from printer is still on the queue as shown "printing" .
so I can't print any more since previous printing is still shown in queue.
why it happened, and how I can fix this problem?

I see that you are having issues while printing to your Officejet printer. This looks like a driver issue on the printer. Let’s try a clean install to try and fix this:
