This is usually a fuser motor problem. First with the power off remove the fuser and see if you can turn the gear to move the main roller. If it does not move or is siezed it is possible the fuser hot roller and melted onto the pressure roller preventing the fuser rollers from turning. If that is the case replace the fuser. If the fuser turns ok go into the troubleshooting menu of the printer and component tests and choose the item for the fuser to motor and see if it fails. Odds are it will and you will need to replace the fuser motor.
