Product: hp designjet 500 by 24inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

how can i disable cutter  if the printer do not give u the chance to do so ,

Pl do the below activity to disable the cutter..

- Scroll to paper menu> Enter

- Scroll down to cutter menu>Enter

- Make cutter 'off' to disable the cutter...

 

* Are you are sure,  80:01 error appears on screen while  cutting the paper?

If it's not, pl keep post us to give further actions...
