Product: hp envy 5541

Hi - I have the following error code oxb8602fa4 that is on my printer. I have tried the reset but it doesnt change anything.

 

my icons are also flashing (the power, home, question mark, back as well as blue dot of the wifi)

Hi - thanks for comng back. Im still under warranty but would be good to know if there is any easy fix as no doubt it will take some time to take back and get sorted

You have already tried the power reset so you will need to contact HP support.
