Hi Brendalou,
I understand that you’re getting an error message on your computer. I would try turning off the printer and computer first. I would turn the computer back on once it’s up and loaded turn printer back on. Follow steps below.
1. Select the start menu
2. Type Services.msc
3. Click on Service.
4. Scroll down the list until you see Print Spooler, and then click on once.
5. In the left corner select stop and then start.
Let me know how it goes.
**If you find this helpful or want to say thanks make sure to click the white star under my name to give me Kudos. **
