error page when trying to update payment methods on instant ink

I had to get a replacement debit card and I tried to go to update payment method and it goes to an error page so I'm unable to update my payment method.

I too have an error page when trying to update payments methods, At first, I thought it was my internet problem so then I connected with a different Wifi connection but was Still not able to update the payment method on the instant link. 

I recommend you to check your internet connection properly before updating next time.
