HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm living in uni accommodation and we need to manually add devices to the Wi-Fi. I need the MAC address of my deskjet 3630 all-in-one series to add it to the Wi-Fi to set up instant ink. others with similar problems have been told to press the Wi-Fi and the info button at the same time but when I do this it just prints 3 blank pages. am I going to have to buy an ink cartridge just so I can set up a subscription for more ink cartridges or is there another way I can find the address?

(printer does have ink just not much)

Hi @lucy158

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

You may obtain the MAC address of the printer by printing a self-test page:

On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.

Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.

Note: The printers may not work on a guest/open network or a Hotspot. You will have to connect it to a secure/private wireless network.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
