Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Recently switched ISPs and changed the name/password of the WIFI network. Naturally the printer stopped working. I switched back to the old network and used the printer config dialog to access the embedded server and set the name/password to the new values. Switched back again and my printer now won't connect and the blue light sits there blinking. The device shows as "off-line" in the printer config dialog. In addition I can no longer access the embedded server because the HTMLConfig button no longer shows up in the dialog off the Settings button. I've printed the Device Configuration page but it doesn't show the IP address of the server and just has 0.0.0.0. but the name of the network was changed. Naturally it didn't show me the password so I don't know whether i got that right as well.

I've searched for hours but have not found a way to determine the IP address. Is there another way to determine the IP of the embedded server?

Problem resolved. Was able to access the Embedded Web Server via the config dialogs and found a network that worked.

Hello @rkadomiya

The problem its that the unit its not connecting properly to the network therefore you are getting that 0.0.0.0 IP address

try doing a reset to the printer

take a look in this post for instructions
