Repairing my kids printer,  found a gear on the right side of the printer cracked. It's part of a 3 gear assembly.  The broken gear presses on to the shaft. I know the shaft rotates and under load it does not rotate. You can see the crack that runs from the shaft to 0ne of the teeth. do you have a part number for that assembly and/or gear. I doubt if HP has it for sale, but someone may have it for sale (e bay). This appears to be a common problem. but most repairs try to resolve it as a paper jam.  Thanks

I dont think such part will be available, however you may try the HP partsurfer site. select your country and enter  your printer model number Q8331A.

you will get the list of parts available, even if it is not available to order  you will get the part number details here.
