Just bought the OJ Pro 8710 & can't find how to get it to print "scale to fit". When I try to print a pdf from a web page, it automatically sets a scale of 93%, which lops off content on all sides.

Hello @Jim_Mac – Hope you are well!
Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are experiencing issues while printing from your Officejet 8710 printer. I will do my best to assist you with this issue.
Let’s first try to reset your printing system. Try the steps below:
- Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.
- Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.
- Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.
- Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.
- Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.
- Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list
- Click the “Add button” (+).
- Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer.
- Click “Print Using...”, and then select the name of your printer (By default “Airprint” would be selected)
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance. Thank you!
Cheers 🙂
