Product: HP Photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer has been printing in grayscale just fine but suddenly is printing most of it as yellow or orange. It has ink in the color cartridges and none are reported as "low". I need this to print asap. Why is this happening when the print screen is set to print in grayscale?

Hi,

 

Please check the small black (called Photo black) cartridge. You can print Black ink only :

 

(a) Double click printer icon on desktop,
(b) Click Set Preferences,
(c) Click Advanced,
(d) Select "Black Ink only" for Print in Grayscale
(e) Click Ok/Apply ...

Note: Printer still needs all color inks and it will consume a very small amount of inks during warmng up process.
