I have a printer failure notice on my printer and I don't know why.  There is a code #0x61000016....what does this mean?

Hi! @WARMROBBI, Welcome to HP forums.

 

 

I understand that you are getting a failure code on your printer.

 

0x61000016 indicates it's a carriage jam issue.
