Thanks for your input. Yes, I finally found my icon as I stated and put it in the command bar. It works fine. However, I've noticed that I cannot still install the next version as for some reason, it won't work. Another thing I noticed in perusing tis forum about smart print, people with IE10 are having issues and someone did mention something about a version 2.9 working with IE10. I don't know if there is such a version as I'm just asked to upgrade to 2.4, I believe, but for IE10 users, this may help their problem. It looked like it worked for many.This is just my opinion, but it's too bad many people don't search the forum first to see if a thread has already been posted-I'm at fault for this too-rather than starting new threads that are scattered around. You people put a lot of time an effort in to this and it would be nice to streamline it as so many people gripe about not getting answers. It's answered in the forum rules, but I guess we are all of a mindset that we want an answer and we want it now! Just my thoughts. I'm going to try to reinstall the upgrade and I think I got rid of some junk on my toolbars that could have been the culprit. Again, thanks to everyone and I'll let everyone know if I get the update to work.
