I'm not to sure if I'm in the right forum, I'm sorry if I'm not.
What I want to be able to do is change the pixel of a photograph, from the pixel it already is, to 480x480, and I've got no idea how to do it, so I'm hoping someone can help me

Hi,
Some good software such as Photoshop allows you to change the DPI (dot-per-inch) of images. You can also use Paint.net (free) to change the DPI:
Go to Image > Resize > Change its resolution (dpi)
You can download Paint.net from the following link:
http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
Regards.
