Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Switched to ATT for internet. Wireless printer needs password for new modem/router. The ATT password has a % symbol which the 4630 does not have on its keypad awith the end result that I cannot get it to recognize the new system.

Try to change the password of the router and see if it works.

This is not a router issue.  You have a few things to try and one that will work all the time.

Keep pressing the same key over and over to cycle through all the combinations on the printer including the * and # keys.

If not joy you can use the printers EWS to connect and try to update the password.

If no joy, you will have to modify your routers SSID password to not include the % symbol.  This will work.
