I am using the HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premier and I can't seem to find a way to specify that documents coming in via eprint (Apps or emails) should be printed on both sided of the page.  This functionality works for computer generated documents.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Both the ePrint and Web Apps does not support two-sided duplex printing.

To print from a mobile device, you may use the HP ePrint Home & Biz app which will allow you to print two-sided documents over the local network or by ePrinting.:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02775166

To send an ePrint job from a PC, you may use the ePrint Mobile driver:

Windows - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ds-104641-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en...

Mac OS - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ds-104730-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en...

Print apps unfortunately does not support duplex printing. The options above covers any possibility to perform a duplex print over the cloud.

Thanks for the reply to the originators post.  I have a Blackberry device and want to print via ePrint double sided.  Your mobile print apps only appear to support iPhone, android and symbian.

Do you have anything that will enable me to send e-mails from my Blackberry to my OfficeJet 8600 Pro Plus over the internet via e-print and get the e-mails to print out double sided?

many thanks!
