Product: hp photosmart c4180 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have unplugged the printer cord from printer and wall socket for 30 seconds than plugg back in .not fixed i can not see any paper jams. i also unplugged the usb cord..
