I wanted to reset the printer because i bought the printer about at least 4 year ago and when i tried to on the printer today the message appear  " Tri-colour caridge problem" - so i remove the colour ink, it is ok now. now there is no message appearence but i would like to know the set up system. the ink was there for 4 year as well.

The problem is i have no idea where i left it when i was setting the printer 4 years ago. so the connection to laptop and printer settimng are not completed. they are not connected.

It allows me to scan the page but it doesn't print the page. the page from output comes out empty.

I have no idea of which stage i was on when i was setting the printer.

Can you please help me

Thankyou

Hi! @Haleema, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand that you need to know how to reset your printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help.

Did you make any changes to your printer previously?

Since the steps to perform factory reset is confidential I will send you the steps in a private message.

Let me know if this helps!

Cheers! 🙂
