Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

SInce I cannot print form this printer, I was wondering whether checking via the service menu can help?

Sure, just touch the front panel and most should all be there.

Thank you for responding.  It is of course possibe to tumble on the service menu if one tries many thimes with nmerous combinations of switch presses, it is not appropriate to do this without having the knowledg of correct procedure developed by HP!
