Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello--

 

I regularly need to scan documents at 300 dpi, and combine multiple pages into a single document. Each morning, my computer/scanner defaults to 75 dpi, and NOT combining pages, and I have to re-select my preferences. Is there any way to save these preferences? I am using a Mac; this is what my control panel looks like:
