In general, your printing options are adjusted within the program you are using to submit the print job to the printer. This includes the font / print size of the page / document.
Most programs provide access to the Page Setup (adjustments) through File > (Print) > Print Preview
In most browsers you can adjust the size of the view (page on the screen) before you send the print job to the printer.
Example:
Open browser > favorite page / page to be printed:
Ctrl + larger (Press Control key and Plus key at the same time)
Ctrl - smaller (Control key and Dash key together)
Manage Print Output with Print Preview
Various sections, including:
- Preparation
- Page View Adjustment
- sections mentioning the program / browser name, for example Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome

Hi babs12,
Let me try to understand and help. If you're referring to changing the size of the paper to get your print/output, it depends on the applications or softwares you're using. Let me give some examples:
1. For Word documents, you can change the paper size from File->Print->Settings. Under Settings, look for the default size (could be Letter or A4) and you can change to other size from this dropdown list.
2. For PowerPoint documents, you can go to File->Print. Click "Printer Properties" link located just below the listed Printer.
3. For PDF documents, you can go to File->Print. At Print dialog box, click "Properties" button located next to Printer.
4. Printing webpage, go to File->Print. Make sure you select the right printer, and click Preferences button. The Preferences button is located below the printer list. Once Preferences button opens new dialog box, you can select different sizes.
Hope this helps..... Generally you go to File->Print and look for Settings or Properties if you like to change paper size. Not sure if this is what you're looking for....
