How to delete an old email address account/

Unable to put in PIN because the pin that shows is this:************.

When i try to put in my PIN it states a log in error.

Can't get support because printer is out of warranty.

i was trying to scan.

front display and when i tried to delete the account here is what showed in the PIN box ( ************) not allowing me to put in my PIN.

Please follow steps below.

Setup Menu > Tools > Restore factory defaults.

I have Google Chrome and don't have the listings for tools as i did with Internet Explorer

You ll need to do this on the display of your printer .

Hi, 

Press the “Menu” button on the front console of your HP Photosmart printer.

Press the Up and Down arrows on the console to find and select “Preferences.”

• If “Preferences” is not an available option, search for and select “Reset All Menu Settings,” or select “Tools,” followed by “Restore factory defaults.” The menu layout will vary depending on the model of your Photosmart printer.

Highlight “Restore Defaults,” and select “OK.” Your printer will restore its original factory settings, and inform you when the process is complete.

what will i have to do if i do the restore factory defaults because i am not that tech savvy
