Hi @georgiegirl1947 ,

Let me tell you that I have tried the software installation in another Laptop computer with Windows 10,

and I have the same results, that I am passing through all the installation screens without any error.

I think the Windows 10 in your computer is having issues with drivers,

which is something common with the latest updates from Windows 10.

Have you tried to install in another computer, maybe from a family member,

or friend who can try this same steps,

just to verify if they are having the same experience with this installation driver ?

And about giving up, I should say that is up to you,

if you think you have some other important things to do, that is ok for me, I am good.

Best regards,

Hi @georgiegirl1947 ,

Thanks for the update.

I am trying to understand the error you are having with Windows 10.

I think this is the message you are having.

I am going to search for a fix of this error in Windows 10.

Also going to search for an alternative solution to install driver for Officejet K8600.

Best regards,

ferRX.
