Hi, I have been using my HP Envy 5530 wireless for a couple of months.  I am moving and have already taken the router to the new place, but need to print something off my laptop.  I even bought a printer cable to connect the printer to the laptop, but can't get anything to print.  Help!

Hi,

 

Try to rerun the installation cd, and then follow the prompts during the installation wizard to install via usb. It will tell you when to connet the usb cable from the computer to the printer. I hope you still have the cd with you, otherwise you may download it from hp support site.
