Hi 

I am having the  Issue I go to the service menu to reset my printer, it asks for a password which no one knows.

how can i reset factory my printer???

plz help me... Thanks

Hi

 

Here are the steps.

1. Turn Off the printer

2. Press and hold the GO & CANCEL button while powering on printer. After all the LEDs are blinking, release buttons.

3. This should reset the printer.

thank you so much it's get work

now i have this issue with HP Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276 nw . so i can't go to service menu and reset factory it,

because it asks password and i forgot it

can you help me
