I have a Hp Officejet 6600 and I would like to know how to disable printer sharing. I leave my printer on and when i come home I get a lot of printed information from different sources and by doing so I run out of ink very fast.

Hi @chrisgrier99,
Thanks for getting back to me with that information.
I am glad you have found how to disable printer sharing in the printer's software.
Even with the printer sharing disabled, any device or computer that has access to the network can still print to the printer.
The only way to block them would be to change the password on the network so other devices would not be able to get on the network.
Connecting with a USB cable and turning off the wireless on the printer would be the only for sure way to stop other devices on the network from being able to send print jobs to the printer.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
