Dear all,

We have an HP 4345 MFP machine in our office.  Unfortunately we can not use it well due to an encountered problem. Scanner is stucking  and the following message appeares: hp 4345mfp initializing scanner. Due to we can not scan files or send faxes. Please explain us how can we solve this problem.

Try to run the print and scan doctor and check the results.

What happens when you try to send a fax?

Do you get an error message?
