Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Will print a test page just fine however when I try to print anything else it states do not push tray extender while printing.  I have tried the un plugging method . I have disabled the firewall nothing has worked . Please advise . Extremely frustrated

Receivedemail from HP support . Called the number. Told to call another number. called it was a dropbox sales line. Called back was told it was the only number we have sorry and was hung up on . Thanks for the support HP. DONE

I understand that you are getting the error message "do not push tray extender while printing" and the printer does not print.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit.

 

However, you may try updating the firmware from the link: Firmware Update

 

If the issue still persists, then you may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp
