There should also be a numerical code above the message like 50.1 or similar. We need that code in order to help you.

Not a good error. It means the motor inside the laser/scanner assembly is not up to speed. Never taken this laser/scanner apart so I do not know if possible to lubricate the shaft of the motor. You will probably need to replace the laser/scanner assembly. Found only 1 on ebay but not that expensive. Not hard to replace when you download the service manual.
