Hello,

I recently encountered a problem regarding the connection between an HP M775z and the LDAP server/active directory.

The error that is on the logs is  " 44.01.0F  LDAP/AB server is invalid or unreachable " . The entire address book is not avilable, of course and the client cannot send email or scan documents on the network. Printing works fine. I tried a firmware upgrade to last version available, Firmware Bundle 3.8, but the problem remains. The fw version is 2308209_000585, the counter on the equipment is 15.400 pages. There is another similar equipment ( same model, M775z) on the network, which had same error a few times but it recovered by itself and now works fine. This one requires a reinstallation on the server in order to function properly.

Can anyone help me with some advice? Is a problem related to logical board maybe?
