 hi there ,

I own an Hp color laserjet cp1215 and from a while when i tried to connect to a pc didn't recognize the printer. The pc is recognising as weird hardware named h@7)e or something like this, and I can't do nothing with it.
First time when the printer made this problem i just changed the cable and update the driver but for now nothing seems to work.
What should i do to make the printer usable again?
Thanks!
