Dear hp expert I have HP Deskjet 1220c  installed in windows xp proffessional. My problem is i have been using this printer for couple of years now but recently it has started to malfunction in that , when I command a print-out page it starts printing but when the paper goes half way it stacks WHILE only printed a quarter of the page and the middle PRINTER button blinks with Yellowish LED.

1.I have tried using another computer but still results the same.

2.when i command to print SAMPLE PAGE AND DIAGNOSTIC PAGE by using the printer BUTTONS BOTH WORKS FINE

Please help me with this technical problem.

@Leanysim,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print properly from your HP Deskjet 1220c Printer wherein it stops printing when the paper feeds halfway into the printer.

This issue could occur if the paper feed rollers are dusty.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2pVQcZ4

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
