Sorry the flashing on off switch is flashing to let me know that there is a scanner failure unable to scan or copy. Flashing stops when I press ok. The problem is that I can`t scan. I`ve tried scan doctor. Printer works fine.

Hi,

Turn off the printer .

Disconnected power cord from printer

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds while power cord is disconnected .

Release the power button .

Connect the power cord directly to a wallout let.

Turn on the Printer

Now try to make a copy

Let me know what happens.
