I have a HP deskjet F2480 that will not print or copy, but can scan. I just got this printer from my brother who has never had a problem with it. However, when I try to print the printer makes some attempt at printing, and then displays the "E" message with the orange resume light blinking. The power light is not blinking and there is ink and paper in the printer. I tried resetting the printer unsuccessfully. I also checked for jammed paper, which is not present. Any tips on where to go from here?
Thanks!
Kitty

This issue could occur if there is an issue with the carriage or paper feed rollers.
