HP Recommended
Product: Hp elitebook 8460p and hp 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hp 8460p elitebook will not fully install hp envy 4500 printer software. It reads an WSD error. Says it is missing. I've had this set up for over a year. It used to work fine. Then it kept saying printer offline. I went through the motions and uninstalled the software and reinstalling it and now it won't fully install all of the drivers and connect to the printer. I've read the forums and followed multiple pathways to get it to work. Can anyone please help!
