I am having the same problems printing on photo paper with the envy printer.

 

I have followed the various sugggestions on here. down load software, clean rollers, check for paper blockage.

It seems as if the rollers on the printer don't product enoughb force on the photo paper to pull the paper through.

 

Any suggestions please?
