Product: envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had no problems with scanning since the printer was installed. In the last couple of days, i can print, but the scan does not work.  A message says 'make sure the scanning has been installed..." I have been to the HP website and attempted to install new software, but so far without luck.
