I have my printer plugged into my computer with a USB and have it connected wirelessly. I have not been able to print anything! It will connect to the wifi, it says it is connected. However, when I get into the hp app, it says it is offline. Why can't this be simple, I just want to print something.

Hi@natem6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing printing issues with the HP Envy Printer.

I have a few recommendations

  • First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if present. Go to Control Panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them. Now go to Control Panel – Devices and Printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
  • Click on this link and then follow the steps to resolve the issue

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
