Product: Hp envy photo 6255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I cannot get my printer to connect wirelessly to my router. While researching this, I saw that many others noted accessing Hitron modem software settings by entering 192.168.0.1 and changing Security Mode from WPA2-PSK to Auto (WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK). Then when I competed the WiFi wizard, I am prompted for my password. I know I am entering the password accurately, but I receive a message stating that it is incorrect. Can any other settings cause this?
