You need to tell us if the the blank page comes out by itself or if the printed page and the blank page come out at the same time. In other words is the printer picking up 2 pages at the same time so one is blank or is the printer ejecting a separate blank page after the job has printed. Also you have a manual feed tray in the front. Open the paper tray and place paper on the manual tray and try to print and tell us if the same thing happens.

Hi Aganesh,

Did you install HP Universal Printer Driver version 6.3.0.21178 (Sep-21-2016) and saw problem ? If yes, you can try with older version. I installed with HP Universal Printer Driver version 6.0.0.18449 and my printers (HP Laserjet P2015 and P2055d) work fine now.

Do a simple test for us. With the printer ready, press and hold the green button until the lights start to blink and release the green button. The printer will print config pages. Do you get blank pages and is it printed page, then blank page, printed page, then blank page or printed pages and then blank pages. If the first look at the config page and tell us what is the default paper size and what is the size of the media the printer THINKS is in tray 2. If the second you have a stickey solenoid for tray 2. If the config pages print with no blank pages, then the issue is the driver and I would just use the HP Laserjet 2200 driver that is built into the os.

Hi Aganesh,

Thanks replied.

You can search and download "6.0.0.18449" version (option PCL6/PCL5/PS) at:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/UPD/

You need to uninstall the existing drivers for the printer completely from Windows:

  1. Turn off printer.
  2. In the “Devices and Printers” look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device".
  3. In “Programs and Features”, look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Uninstall" or "Remove ".
  4. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  5. Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  6. Click on “Drivers” tab, look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom. Select OK. Then select Apply and OK on the “Print Server Properties” windows. Close Devices and Printers.
  7. Restart computer.

Then you install again with "6.0.0.18449" version.

Hope this helps.
