Hi @Ontijav,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your connection issue.

I understand that you are trying to connect an HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer to a computer or mobile device but when you enter the predefined six zero passkey you are being told it is incorrect. I would like to help with that.

I would start by restoring the printer's factory default settings, then try again.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance. If you are needing further assistance please let me know what you are trying to connect the printer to, and also the operating system it is running.

In fact, if this helps you to reach a solution please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons down below in this message. 🙂

Thanks!

Please click “Accept as Solution ” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom to say “Thanks” for helping.
