i RECEIVED A USED HP OFFICEJET 6110 ALL IN ONE AND I NEED TO SCAN DOCUMENTS AND IT WILL NOT DO IT.  NEED HELP IN FINDING A WAY TO SCAN.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Hi! @MILLIE63, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

 

I understand you have issues scanning documents from your printer.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Open the scanner lid and check if the scanner bulb is glowing?

 

Do you get any error message while scanning from your printer?

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Follow these steps to reset the printer.
Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds, and then plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
Try to make a color copy.

 

Refer this article to further troubleshoot No Scan Options on your printer.
