officejet pro 6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

im trying to print to my officejet pro 6968 printer and everytime i try and print it says load plain paper 8.5 x11 which i have already done. This happens everytime. And when i click ok to load paper it trys to print and sounds like the priter is having trouble accessing the paper.

Now im getting the messege saying theres a paperjam and i coundnt find one and it then says printer failure 0x6100004a.
