I tried everything suggested... assigning DNS, adding the scan-to-email app, ect. but nothing worked until I removed the "web services" and re-enabled with the updates.

 

Easy fix and worked like a charm!

That sounds fabulous! However, I am unable to get past the first page of the web services settings. How do I get to page 2, to complete the process? Thank you so much!

Worked like a charm!  Thank you!  I've been trying to figure out what was wrong with this for the past two days and this fixed it.
