HP B110a
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HP Photosmart B110a Error message 0xc19a0041. I have followed the instructions of turn off, turn on again, replace ink cartridges. did all that, nothing changes. Ready to toss this thing out.....Will not print,scan, copy. Nothing.

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! Smiley Happy I see you are getting an Ink system failure error code on the front panel of your HP Photosmart Wireless B110a,  you have done some troubleshooting steps with no success.

 

I would like you to make sure you have not missed any steps listed here: 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error M...

 

'Because there are many variations of these 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' or 'Ink System Failure' error messages and alphanumeric codes, we have provided a few guided steps to get you to the right troubleshooting document for your error. Select the statement that best describes your situation.'
