Hello, first of all, I'm sorry for my English.

Please, I need help with my printer because I had the printer disassembled for cleaning dust and a part of plastic falls and I do not know where it is installed.

If you can share a disassembly manual with me, it would be very helpful.

The plastic part is c9058-40337.

Thanks in advance.

Hi! @SebaGallia, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand the plastic part inside the printer has fallen out and you need to know how to fix it.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

I have checked the printer manuals, and there are no hardware service manuals for your printer.

You have to contact HP support and get the printer serviced.

Link to contact HP.

However, you can try referring to the video about clearing a carriage jam on your printer and check if it helps.

Also, refer the printer manual for more information.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
