photosmart c4480
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The windows drivers for the hp photosmart c4480 are no longer available to download.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c4400-all-in-one-printer-series/36555...

This is where they should be but I can't find them even when switching to older versions of windows. The update files are only installable if you already have the driver installed. And the diagnostic tool found on this page links me back to https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c4400-all-in-one-printer-series/36555... even though the driver is no longer available on this page.

I still use this printer/scanner. I still buy ink for it. My old windows 8.1 laptop died and there is no way to redownload any of the drivers even for windows 8.1 or 7. Where can I get drivers or software that allows me to use my device?
