Greetings tech support HP.
i have hp photosmart c4480, still working , yes. After a format of my laptop to windows 10 64bit(and full updated), i realized that i didnt saved the printer driver/software. so i search for driver, and followed the link to hp site where i found the pc doctor.. but not the drivers and software of that printer. I continue searchning, and found driver from the other site, but in spanish , however , even that it was writed it is english, no matter of that, that installation never started on .
How can i get that hp photosmart c4480 driver and software for win 10 64bit that is gonna work and install it?
thank you

Thank you very much for fast reply.
I downloaded the software that you suggest me, but it still do not start to install.
I have updated directX, .net, visual+++, full windows updates. I have moved the file to c: location (near programm files) , i started it with administrator priveleges, but still it do not start to install.
After all that i did, i did again format... eh. With believe that it will be work properly after second format.
But no matter of that, it still do not begun to install.
Please, what you can suggest ?
Regards
