I just wanted to move my printer so I unplugged it and moved it. I then plugged it back in but all that happens is the lights flash and then go off. Any ideas please.

We are also encountering this problem. When we plug the printer in (during the reset procedure) the LEDs flash, but we can NOT power up the printer.

Tried the "reset power module" procedure several times (to makie sure we preformed every step correctly), but still can NOT power up the printer.

HELP! Just ordered new cartridges for the printer.

I'm having this same probem.  Were you able to fix or is the printer trash now?

Thanks!
