hp psc 1350
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an out of paper warning every time I am trying to print a page. I have followed the steps from here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/hp-psc-1350-out-of-paper-printing-problems/td-p/513145...

(I have not contacted service thougth) but the problem persists. In the meantime the printer works when I m printing test page, pushing the cancel button or when I am making a photocopy.

thank you in advance,
Vangelis

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 5520 printer. I understand you are getting out of paper error message and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Check the condition of the paper and reload it.
  • Clean the rollers.
  • Reset the printer.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the document to fix this issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.
